To reduce trauma and promote healing for abused children and their families through cooperative collaboration with other agencies and provision of caring and effective mental health services.

History

The first of its kind locally, Greater Richmond SCAN’s Child Advocacy Center opened its doors to children and families in November of 2004.  Serving abused children, their siblings and non-offending caretakers, the GRSCAN CAC has served over 450 clients since its inception.
